All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being processed (except public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once we have shipped your order.

Standard Shipping

-FREE for orders over $50.00

-$7.95 for orders under $50.00

Express Shipping

$14.00 on all orders

All orders are shipped from our shop in Berwick, VIC.

Standard Shipping usually takes anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Express Shipping is between 1-3 business days.

Click & Collect

We offer FREE Click & Collect from our salon, located at 30 Adams Lane, Berwick VIC 3806.

Please wait until you receive an email from us confirming your order is ready to pick up before coming in.


You can return a product if you have had a change of mind or ordered the wrong products. Products must be returned in original condition and unopened to receive a refund, and you will be charged a $7.95 return shipping cost. Please email us ( with your order details to return a product.

If you receive a faulty/damaged product, please send us an email explaining the issue, as well was pictures if applicable so we can sort this out as soon as possible for you.

Any returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please select your products carefully as we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind returns that have been used and are not suitable for your hair.
